Welcome to another slice of the apple, where our new adventures will be shared. My wife, Rachel and I are at Sugar Hill Mennonite Mission in New York City volunteering as house parents for young men that serve in various humanitarian projects. We traded our quiet rural farmstead in Michigan for the noisy metropolis of Manhattan. Rachel has retired from farm market and baking after 13 years. I was previously part of Inniger Masonry crew. We have five daughters, three son-in-laws, and seven grandchildren located in Idaho, Kansas, Mississippi, and Texas. We will miss all our dear friends and family.
